Santoni was born out of a passion for Italian food & culture. We fuse the best seasonal, local ingredients with inspiration from our rich heritage, and a dash of love, to create dishes that even Nonna is envious of.
OUR STORY
Santoni was founded in 2007, but really came of age in 2014 when we were visited in a dream by Sant’Antonio Abate, the Patron Saint of pizza. He encouraged us to place our faith in pizza and create a restaurant that truly celebrated the art and joy of Italian cuisine.
And that is exactly what we did, expanding our eatery to three spectacular levels, including a rooftop bar, with views across the iconic Glenferrie Road. Inspired, we built our menu on a foundation of fresh ingredients, great flavours and good company, becoming a destination for all those seeking an authentic taste of Italia.
FUNCTIONS AND EVENTS
At Santoni, we love a party. If you’re looking for somewhere to host an event, we have several function spaces for you to choose from, including our spectacular rooftop.
Set lunch and dinner menus are available with a minimum booking of 10 people.
